[Successful treatment of MPO-ANCA associated glomerulonephritis with high dose intravenous immunoglobulin].

ANCA関連腎炎は急速進行性糸球体腎炎の原因疾患として知られており治療法としてはステロイドなどの免疫抑制療法が標準的である.しかし,治療上問題となるのが感染症の合併で, ANCA関連腎炎の死亡原因としても約4割をしめている.我々は高齢のANCA関連腎炎症例に対して,大量ガンマグロブリン療法(IVIG)を行い治癒しえた.近年,同じ血管炎である川崎病に対し有効性が確立しているこのIVIGがANCA関連腎炎の新たな治療法として期待されている.今回,我々が経験した症例について文献的考察を踏まえて報告する.
