Research on Correction Method of Synthetic Position Errors Small End Bore of Connecting Rod

In order to eliminate synthetic position errors of the connecting rod small end bore,so a new method of boring the replaced bushing hole is proposed which can accurately correct the errors.The principle of errors correction has been presented,and the quantitative relation between synthetic position errors of the connecting rod small end datum bore and thickness of the bushing after boring has been established.The factors,which limit minimal thickness of the bushing,have been analyzed,the requirement of errors correction has been acquired.The errors correction example and the practice indicate that the theoretical analysis of the errors correction is correct,the errors correction method is feasible and validl.
