Nanomedicine: a great first year and, with your help, a bright future ahead

It has been a year since the inaugural issue of Nanomedicine and I thought it might be interesting to see how the baby is developing. The first impression one gets upon even a cursory inspection of the first six issues is that the journal is professional and attractively produced. Although this is a characteristic feature of all of Future Medicine’s journals, commissioning editor Morag Robertson and her team are to be congratulated for the production value of Nanomedicine. I think it is particularly nice that the titles of all the articles, and other features, are on the cover of each issue. This makes it easy to spot stories that are of interest.
