A Digital Video Watermarking Algorithm Based on DCT and NCG

With the fast development of computer and network Techniques digital Watermarking is becoming an efficiet Method for protecting the intelletual property rights of digitol produts.This paper proposes a novel digital video watermark algorithm based on DCT and NCG.By utilizing the NCG,the video frames in a video sequence are classified,and those frames with complex textures are chosen to perform block-based DCT.Watermark information is embedded by comparing the middle frequency coefficients of DCT.The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed approach is transparent,and can blindly detect the watermark,and it can resist most common video processing and attacks such as compression,filtering,adding noises and cropping.With the fast development of compute and network techniques,digital water marking is becoming an efficiect method for protecting the intellectual property rights of digital products.
