A Better Fit - Characterising the Stakeholders

The foundations of support for any business process lie in understanding the needs of people, the stakeholders in business processes and support systems. Stakeholder analysis has been neglected to a surprising extent, yet it may hold the key to understanding and supporting people in their business processes. This paper proposes a simple but powerful way of modelling stakeholders. Free tool support is described.
