The invention relates to a wireless and wearable type blood oxygen monitoring system. The system comprises a power management module, a master control processing module, a display module, a function setting module, a wireless communication module, a data storage module, an optical signal detection and processing module and a light source circuit, the master control processing module serves as the core of the wireless and wearable type blood oxygen monitoring system and is connected with the power management module, the data storage module, the wireless communication module, the function setting module, the display module and the optical signal detection and processing module in sequence, and the input of the power management module is connected with the output of a power source. The output of the power source comprises a charging circuit, a power source body and a switch, and the power management module is connected with the master control processing module through a control signal end and supports the master control processing module to conduct intelligent management over power supply for the whole system. The system has the advantages that the system is wearable, remote monitoring can be conducted, the working time is long, and the power dissipation is reduced.
