plantaris tendonu ile güçlendirmenin uzun dönem sonuçlar› Primary surgical repair with the Krackow technique combined with plantaris tendon augmentation in the treatment of acute Achilles tendon ruptures

Amac: Bu cal›flmada akut Aflil tendonu y›rt›¤› sonras› Krackow yontemiyle primer uc-uca tamir ve plantaris ten- donuyla takviye uygulanan hastalar›n uzun donem takip sonuclar› deerlendirildi. Cal›flma plan›: Akut Aflil tendonu y›rt›¤› nedeniyle 36 hastaya (31 erkek, 5 kad›n; ort. yafl 34; da¤›l›m 21-42) primer uc-uca tamir uyguland›. Hastalar›n counluu (31/36) duzenli olarak spor yapan kiflilerdi. Ameliyat- larda Krackow (locking-loop) teknii kullan›ld› ve ta- mir plantaris tendon takviyesiyle guclendirildi. Tum hastalara ameliyat sonras›nda aflamal› ve standart bir re- habilitasyon program› uyguland›. Sonuclar›n deerlen- dirilmesinde ifle ve spora donufl sureleriyle birlikte, sub- jektif ve objektif parametreleri iceren bir skorlama sis- temi uyguland›. Ortalama takip suresi 54 ay (da¤›l›m 28-78 ay) idi.
