The zero-voltage soft-switching technology of active clamped single end forward inverter

On the basis of computer simulation and simulation wave analysis, the soft switching work procedure of the active clamped single end forward inverter is studied, the soft switching condition of the circuit and the requirement of the dead time are derived, also a principle is pointed out that the value of the main transformer primary coil or secondary coil's serial inductor must to be selected properly to ensure the primary switching tube's soft switching and at the same time not to reduce the output power of the inverter too much.
