This invention discloses a kind of false proof bill and its false proof method. The false proof bill comprises original bill image part and the two-dimensional barcode that at least comprises the digital signature information. After digital signature, the unique logo image features information that including the original bill image part is the digital signature information. The false proof bill creating method needs to draw the unique logo image features from original bill image part, and executes the digital signature process, then encodes two-dimensional barcode of the digital signature information, so to form the false proof bill together with the original bill image. The false proof bill verification method also needs draw the unique logo image features from scanned or transferred bill image, and verifies true or false by the digital signature that included in the two-dimensional barcode of drawn image features. This invention also discloses a kind of false proof bill verification system.
