Design of Multi-wave Radar Reflected Wave IF-Simulator

Basing on active-generating working principle,combining DSP with FPGA to complete signal processing,DDS generating and DDC,a radar intermediate frequency simulator is presented which supports simple pulse,LFM and stepped frequency for dual target reflected radar wave.The modified saving distributing architecture is used to accomplish pulse delay,and the band-limited AWGN is generated through digital signal processing,which can adjust band width and power.The whole system has been successfully implemented in Virtex2 XC2V3000(Xilinx Corp.) and ADSP-21060(Analog Devices Corp.) platform.The design correctness and validity are also proved.
