Hierarchical control system for gas collector pressure in coke oven

Based on the collector pressure of coke ovens which is a system of having strong interference,multi-coupling,time dependence and nonlinearity,a hierarchical control method is presented.It is a hybrid intelligent control approach which incorporates fuzzy control with feed-forward control and PID control.Practical results show that when the outer factors cause the pressure fluctuant,the system can make it stable in the technics area through tuning up the papilionaceous-valve in 30 second.
