Four adsorption towers of P-xylene unit which are large diameter and thick-walled,their internals are adopted the patent technology from American UOP Corp.,as so the ellipticity of the tower and the concentricity which with the central tube are very strict in like products.The key measures and the control of difficulty points in fabrication and installation were introduced in details,so some experiences for the same type of products which has precision manufacturing in future will be useful.
