Modélisation 3D des phénomènes électromagnétiques et thermiques couplés dans les matériaux supraconducteurs

We present in this paper the numerical results of a technique which can be used in order to minimize the thermal constraints in superconductivity materials by using cooled channels during the magnetization process and to increase highly the value of the magnetic induction in these materials. A 3D finite volume numerical code is developed to evaluate the electromagnetic and thermal components. The (A,V) formulation is used for the electromagnetic equation and the heat diffusion for the thermal equation.
