The application of fuzzy theory in the evaluation and recruitment of university interpretation teachers

In order to guarantee qualities and overcome present drawbacks in the process of recruiting interpretation teachers of personnel management in colleges and universities, by classifying factors (evaluation index selection, factors and sub factors set), the author establishes evaluation sets, and to establish a set of weights and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (deterministic factor set, sub factor set, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation matrix) to explore if the principle of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is useful when applied to evaluation and recruitment of interpretation teachers in Colleges and universities, and theoretical guidance and practical references in the process of decision-making to hire interpretation teachers are provided.
