찰상시험기에 의한 철도차륜의 찰상 생성에 관한 연구

The railway wheels support the weight of the vehicle and transmit the driving force for stopping the braking force to the relative rail. In the curved portion, the wheel serves to guide the rail along the rail. Particularly, various functions and material characteristics are required for the wheels, such as absorbing or releasing a large amount of frictional heat occurring at the time of braking. Recently, there have been a lot of scratches and abrasion of the trains due to rapid acceleration and deceleration of trains. In the contact environment between the wheel and the rail, the degree of damage on the wheel face varies depending on the size of the slide and the magnitude of the contact force. Flat or flat peeling, which is a typical form of wheel damage, may cause noise and vibration when driving a vehicle. In this study, we tried to establish the test method by using the flat wheel tread surface flatness tester. In order to establish the wheel tread level by observing the consistent damage from the viewpoint of the contact dynamics of the wheel and the rail, A testing method was presented.
