ZrO_2Aerogel Prepared by Heating of Alcohol-aqueous Salt Solution

ZrO_2 aerogel were prepared from ZrO(NO_3)_2 ·2H_2O by heating of alcohol-aqueous salt solution and supercritical fluid drying technique.The aerogel was characterized by XRD,TEM and BET.The results indicate that the volume ratio of alcohol to water(R/H),the concentration of the zirconium salt and aging time have significant effect on texture and structure of the ZrO_2aerogel.At optimum preparation conditions(R/H 4,zirconium salt concentration 0.2 mol/L,aging 5 hour),S_(BET) of ZrO_2aerogel can reach 668.2 m~2/g,and the crystal structure of ZrO_2 is always tetragonal in the calcining temperature range of 400℃ to 700℃.
