Development and Application of Vibration Analysis System for Aircraft Engine Testing

A computer-aided vibration testing and fault diagnosis analysis system for some aircraft engine is developed.This system,combined with the advanced test-and-control technology and using PCI data acquisition method,makes the 8-channel high-speed signal acquisition available.Using the virtual equipment technology,it creates a friendly customer interface,and implements the data processing,analysis,accumulating and playing back.Based on analysis of the disadvantage of the traditional periodical diagram method,an improved adaptive algorithm is given.Its effectiveness is verified by using simulation test.
