Study on CNC engraving machine control system

Based on basic principles of mechanical-electrical integration products design,key technologies and development principles,this paper deeply analyses and researches the control system of economic CNC engraving machines.TA8435 chips are used to drive stepper motors.The frequency transformer control the spindle speed.The CPU of the computer directly controls and manages the whole system and engraving softwares uses parallel interfaces to input and output control informations in order to achieve various functions.Machine structure is compact,performance is stable.With the premise that control signals are transmitted rapidly and accurately,the cost of products are greatly reduced.
