Linking Semantics Web Service Efforts

The METEOR-S and WSMO projects deal with the lifecycle Semantic Web services and processes. Though, they are separate projects with different approaches, we have identified points of interoperability between them. In this paper, we describe the projects and present the points of interoperability. We intend this work as a starting point for the Semantic Web services community to start building interoperable systems.
