The invention discloses a packaging structure for thermistor temperature coefficient calibration. The packaging structure comprises a standard temperature sensor, a sealing container, a copper wire, a constant temperature box, a connection plate and a resistance measuring meter; the sealing container is placed in constant temperature media in the constant temperature box, the standard temperature sensor and a thermistor to be calibrated are located in the sealing container, one end of the copper wire is connected with the inner wall of the sealing container, the other end of the copper wire is connected with the thermistor to be calibrated, the standard temperature sensor is connected with the middle of the copper wire, the output end of the standard temperature sensor and the output end of the thermistor to be calibrated are each connected with the input end of the resistance measuring meter through a container external connection board. By means of the packaging structure, temperature coefficient calibration on the thermistor without waterproof sealing can be accurately completed.
