Vague Sets and Closure Systems

Just in time learning is a very important issue in any rapidly changing society. Initially well defined projects are often forced to introduce changes requiring current team members to learn new skills or alternatively find new people ready to step in. Such decisions have to be seriously considered before taking a risk that current team members might not manage to master those new skills sufficiently enough in order to complete a particular task. The other option is to invest time looking for new employees that might need quite some time to learn about the project and then begin with a real contribution. Aiming at providing automated support for such decision making processes we propose applications of vague sets and closure systems. Their functions are to formalise establishment of correlations between basic and complicated skills needed to complete a particular task.
