The Fecundity and sex- ratio of Mystus cavasius from fish landing centres of Rajshahi was studied. The fecundity varied from 4026 (total length 127 mm and body weight 15.22 gm) to 25960 (total length 190 mm and body weight 55.61 g). The mean fecundity was 12432.38 ? 3401. 92 for mean total length of 155.88 ? 2.64mm and mean body weight of 27.57 ? 4.03g. The relationships between fecundity with total length, standard length, total weight, gonadal length and gonadal weigh were calculated. The male and female ratio was 1: 1.38.
