The slave controller of each belt conveyor in the device is connected with the master controller interactively, the practical time of the prior belt conveyor is used as the starting delay time of a second belt conveyor, so that the starting or stopping time of each belt conveyor is accurate, the idle possibility of the belt conveyors can be avoided, the transportation efficiency can be improved, the normal and effective transportation mode can be ensured, energy resources can be saved, and the service period of the belt conveyors can be prolonged.
