Elastic (E4C) Systems for Personal Learning Service in Smart Cloud

The learning systems constitute an interesting and realistic application area of context-aware technology and cloud computing. To add those technologies into existing e- learning services, a service architecture model is needed to transform the existing e-learning environment, which is situation-aware, into the environment that understands context as well. This paper proposes a new notion for smart learning system by using the concept of elastic computing in cloud computing. We suggest the elastic four smarts concept (E4C) to the cloud services so smart learning services are possible. We focus on the benefits of smart computing for e-learning solution using handle intelligently to meet user's needs through collecting user's behaviors, prospecting, building, delivering, and rendering steps. The proposed smart-learning model will show the personalized and customized learning services to be possible in various fields.
