Measurements results of SAW humidity sensor with nafion layer

Abstract.The results of measurements of surface acoustic wave (SAW) humidity sensor with nafion layer are described in the paper. The sensitivity, response time as well as hysteresis for different temperatures have been investigated. The sensor sensitivity, linearity and hystersis are discussd. The results show that such sensor may be suitable for accurate humidity measurements in dry or hot enough environment.
