The invention provides a motor controller test box comprising a voltage detection module, a current detection module, a revolver decoding module, a signal display module and a single-chip microcomputer. The modules and the single-chip microcomputer are integrated. The revolver decoding module is connected with the single-chip microcomputer and used for receiving a revolver signal transmitted by a revolver and analyzing the revolver signal to obtain motor speed and rotor position. The signal display module is connected with the single-chip microcomputer and used for displaying voltage, current of each phase, speed and rotor position. The components such as the single-chip microcomputer are integrated and placed in one box; during test, a signal under test can be tested and displayed in the same time just by connecting a unit under test to the motor controller test box; the motor controller test box is simple to operate, small in size, convenient to carry and high in flexibility. The detection units in the motor controller box are already calibrated and can form a motor controller calibration system for a motor under test. If the data detected by the motor controller test box is inconsistent to that acquired by the motor controller, inaccurateness of a sensor in the motor controller is proved and calibration is required.
