Review on Game-Based Learning

Game-Based Learning(GBL),which is provided with game characteristics without entertainment objectives,possesses key features of effective learning environment.It can be looked upon as a new paradigm for the intending evolution of e-Learning and a challenge for traditional educational design and principle.The research on GBL includes educational value of game,characteristics and mechanism of GBL,and the design and development theory of GBL.
