Stray parameters in high-voltage, high-frequency transformer

The traditional high-voltage high-frequency transformer (HHT) need to be carefully designed because of various requirements brought by increased frequency, usually up to tens of kHz. Of all the design issues, the stray parameters including leakage inductance and stray capacitance are important ones. In this paper, the source and common calculation methods of stray parameters of HHT are analyzed first and several common minimization design methods are analyzed and compared, which provide some references for the design of HHT.
