건축물의 성능과 현존가치 곡선 모델 개발

According to statistical information from the related government department, the current number of domestic buildings is about 7.18 million across the nation, and among them, the number of buildings managed by applicable laws is about 0.145 million, which is only about 2% of all. In other words, about 7.035 million buildings, comprising about 98% of all domestic buildings, are not properly managed by current law, so it is impossible to grasp their performance status. For this reason, there are limitations to predicting the scale of economic damage for buildings correctly in case of any possible domestic disaster. Therefore, the purpose of the present study is to determine the existing value of buildings damaged from disaster, which can include damage or loss of existing value caused by the reduction of overall performance level based on the number of years from its construction to the time of being damaged, and expenses for restoration such as replacement, repair, reinforcement, and rebuilding to reuse the buildings damaged or collapsed by disaster.
