This paper shows the analysis of mathematical modeling of DC motors and uses Model Predictive Control (MPC) with comparing the results with classical control such as PI controller. MPC is the newest technique to control the nonlinear systems and can get zero steady state error and low transient response and it will decrease or remove of peak overshoot and compare the results that we get with PI controller. In arithmetic modeling will calculate the analysis of linear and nonlinear of electrical and mechanical of DC components to find the transfer function. In these two controllers describes the differences between classical and digital controller that are depending on results we got. PI and MPC show that the digital technique in MPC is more accurate and faster than PI controller to get the response of output.
