Driver of liquid-filled lens generating high-voltage drive signal

PURPOSE: A liquid-filled lens driver circuit is provided to achieve improved efficiency of a low voltage source by generating a high voltage drive signal or a differential drive signal from the low voltage source. CONSTITUTION: A liquid-filled lens driver circuit comprises an input/output interface unit(402), a system clock generating unit(406), a high voltage generating unit(420), a reference/bias voltage generating unit(440), a drive signal generating unit(460), and a control unit(404). The input/output interface unit exchanges a lens driver control signal and a liquid-filled lens condition data with an image signal processor. The high voltage generating unit generates a high voltage for driving a liquid-filled lens from a low voltage of a battery of a mobile terminal. The reference/bias voltage generating unit provides a reference voltage and a bias voltage for operating the liquid-filled lens driver circuit. The drive signal generating unit generates waveforms to drive the liquid-filled lens, and generates a final drive signal for the liquid-filled lens by raising the waveforms to a high voltage level generated from the high voltage generating unit. The control unit controls each unit so as to drive the liquid-filled lens.
