CHROMATOGRAPHIC STUDY OF IMMOBILIZED BORONATE STATIONARY PHASE

The properties of a new polymeric material with immobilized boronic acid for HPLAC columns are discussed. In order to achieve a high boronic acid content, a support polymer was chemically bonded to polyamines, then phenylboronic acid groups were reacted onto the multiple reaction sites. The resulting support material showed a binding capacity of more than 1 meq/mL. A 4.6×50 mm analytical column was used to separate bioamines, nucleosides, and glycated hemoglobin effectively
