Video sensor network coverage enhancement realization method based on differential evolution

The invention discloses a video sensor network coverage enhancement realization method based on differential evolution. The method uses a monitored-area coverage rate as a target function and uses a global optimization capability of a differential evolution algorithm to adjust the sensing directions of video nodes in a coordinated manner so as to reduce network coverage dead zones. The method relates to the two fields of multimedia sensor network coverage control and intelligent computing. The method includes the following steps: firstly, according to a monitored-area practical environment, continuous two-dimension planes are discretized and coordinate information is uploaded to a control center; then a specific number of video nodes are deployed randomly and the nodes send coordinate information and sensing directions to a aggregation node; and the aggregation node aggregates and forwards the information to the control center, uses sensing direction angles of the video nodes as a decision variable and the monitored-area coverage rate as a target function, approximates an optimal node sensing direction step by step through three operations including variation, crossing and selection of the differential evolution algorithm so as to obtain maximization of the coverage rate, and issues a node direction control instruction to a video sensor network so as to adjust the node sensing directions.
