Tablet as a New Interactive Tool for Education Paleography

Abstract This article is focused on the possibilities and usability of mobile devices for the study of paleography, the auxiliary science of history. The main aim of the text is to introduce new advanced way of practising ancient inscriptions and modes of writing with the help of tablet mobile device. The use of this new media is changing the face of education and is creating new opportunities for improving the quality of education and learning. This article tries to uncover students’ new approaches to modern, innovative and interactive learning of old handwritings using various mobile applications. The authors of this article want to outline new ways of reading and writing old inscriptions.
