Aiming at inaccurary in analysis and prediction of nonlinear electromagnetic interference, combined with least squares synthesis techniques,a numerical optimization algorithm that takes account of mutual coupling among inner elements and interactions with outside scatterers was proposed. To achieve this,a modified linear least squares method(LLM) based on polar decomposition was developed. The novel LLM combined with moments-based scheme was applied to optimize the radiation pattern of arbitrary arrays in the operational environment, and repress the array gain and phase tracking error caused by electromagnetic compatibility based constraints. This leads to a simple control structure, energy coupling less than-100dBm and enhances the robustness of the electrical system. The reasonability and validity is testified by the experimental results based on dSPACE.
