분리된 주소/데이터 네트워크-온-칩에서 지연시간과 신뢰도 보장을 위한 오류 정정기법

Separate address/data network-on-chip (NoC), which separate header network and data network, can alleviate the latency of communication. In this paper, separate error recovery schemes of each network in separate address/data NoC is represented. To achieve both high reliability and low latency, switch-to-switch (S2S) and end-to-end (E2E) scheme are applied to address and data network, respectively. Simulation results show that the latency of proposed scheme is 25∼50% of that of fully S2S scheme without increasing error rate of address packet.
