BIM을 활용한 공동주택 유지관리 모델

Multi-housing project requires a regular inspection, repair and maintenance with regular manner and checklist for maintaining its optical condition and providing a pleasant environment until the end of its functional life. This study applies BIM(Building Information Modeling) technology to maintenance and repair of the multi-housing project. This research develops maintenance model that using BIM for the maintenance and repair information in multi-housing project.
