At the place of edible food in the world,there exists the black trench oil,which is a unavoidable problem,and how to restrict and make use of it is the research aim.The producer of the "trench oil" in the black industrial chain is analyzed.The results show that the phenomenon of the "trench oil" can produce the social cost and lose the social wealth and welfare.The large fine and putting the producer into prison can cut off the industrial chain of "trench oil" and cut down the lose of social wealth and welfare.Some measures to clear the phenomenon of the "trench oil" are put forward.
