Intrauterine diagnosis and treatment of a concordant complete heart block in a twin pregnancy

vascularity may cause perinatal cardiac failure2,6, the clinical course of the present case indicates that postnatal enlargement and increased cardiac volume load associated with the blood pressure rise and removal of intrauterine pressure should also be anticipated. Detailed antenatal evaluation of the tumor and circulatory conditions provide information for the appropriate preventive procedures against circulatory failure after birth. H. Kashima*†‡, N.
