DWT-Based Feature Locating Digital Watermark Technique

A novel feature locating digital watermark algorithm based on Digital Wavelet Transform (DWT) is proposed. Points are extracted by means features of image from the low frequency sub-band of wavelet coefficients as index of locations in which watermarking information are embedded. This algorithm is suitable for blind detection. High locating precision almost do not effect by watermarking embedding. Experimental results show that practicality is perfect by means of good balance between transparency and robustness. Keywords-Digital watermark; Wavelet transform; Feature locating
