Some Improvements of Particle Filtering Based Prognosis for PEM Fuel Cells

Abstract: This paper presents some improvements of Particle Filtering based prognosis to predict the Remaining Useful Life of Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell stacks regarding the power degradation recovery phenomena. Different models are studied to adapt the phenomena during operation. Finally a model with parameters estimated from Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy is proposed.
