This note describes the general architecture envisaged for the Data Validation tasks during the CMS electromagnetic calorimeter test beam to be taken in August 2003. The proposed architecture allows the parallel development of language independent data validation programs without the needs of synchronization and complex user interface. The only requirement for the data validation subtasks is that their output must be available as HTML-formatted files.
