Low Power Design of Intelligent Community Remote Meter Reading System

By taking the original mechanical base meter in the residential district area as a foundation and reducing the power loss as the goal,through installing zero power consumptive magneto-dependent sensor circuit,using the low power loss CMOS pasted piece as the periphery component,and using parts as the LCM series liquid-crystal display,EM78P458 MCU,and MAX3471 communication interface and so on,the intelligent community remote meter reading system was composed.When designing software,the monolithic integrated circuit was usually to be at the dormant state,only when need collecting data,displaying and consulting survey data,and transmitting data remotely,the MCU was awaken to work through the interrupt.This system has characters of low power loss,convenient in installing and debugging,low price,and easy in promoting and so on.
