The present invention relates to a wireless charging module for ECG sensor, which provides power to an ECG sensor, either inserted into or attached to a human body, wireless. The wireless charging module for ECG sensor includes: a solar energy collector which collects solar energy; a photovoltaic converter which converts the collected solar energy into an electric energy; a power generation unit including a capacitor which stores the electric energy generated by the photovoltaic converter; and a wireless power transmission unit which transmits the electric energy generated by the power generation unit to the ECG sensor wirelessly. According to the wireless charging module for ECG sensor using solar energy, a measuring device for ECG, and the ECG sensor charging method, the wireless charging module wirelessly providing power to an insertion type or attachment type ECG sensor generates power by using solar energy, and a thin film solar cell is provided to be adjacent to the ECG sensor, thus, power supply efficiency is increased and the impact to user activity can be minimized.
