Solution of geometric parameter equations of tube roller mill and simulation

Establishment and solution of geometric parameter equations of the tube roller mill are the key issues in design and study of the tube roller mill. According to physical meaning of the geometric parameters of the tube roller mill, the paper redefined various geometric parameters, and established the mathematical model involving all the geometric parameters. In addition, the geometric parameter equations of the tube roller mill were solved, and major geometric parameters were determined. The mathematical formula corresponding to various characteristic curves were offered, which revealed the internal link of various geometric parameters of the tube roller mill. At last, MATLAB and SolidWorks were applied to verify the solution results.
