1D Dynamic 해석 기법을 이용한 수동 변속기 클러치 시스템 열전달 예측 모델에 관한 연구

This paper deals with simulation method of heat transfer behaviors on manual gearbox equipped with the clutch system and finds the application plan for vehicle development stage. Particularly the estimation of vehicle dynamic motion is carried by MATLAB-Simulink model and clutch heat transfer behavior can be simulated by clutch thermal model based on AMESim & C-code scripts. And this paper introduces that how vehicle condition, clutch operation maneuver and other environment variables affect to the vehicle dynamic motion with sensitivity level in detail. In the second place, the method of clutch thermal model establishment is introduced with general heat transfer theory. The reliability of simulation model is mostly important so the correlation results between actually measured temperature and simulation results are also explained. Additionally this study can provide the design guide line for each clutch components to secure design robustness including expected warranty mileage. Lastly this simulation method is taken center stage due to high confidence level within short time and it also can be utilized for optimization of vehicle specification.
