CONSTITUTION: A human body communication transmitter(120) distributes transmitting data based on frequency-selective spreading code through a frequency-selective baseband. After multiplexing with a header, the human body communication transmitter outputs the transmitting data as a transmitting signal. An antenna(150) transmits the amplified transmitting signal of a signal processing unit based on the contact or non-contact with a human body to a communication device via the human body.
