Asynchronous burst optical label swapper based on an optically clocked transistor array

We have fabricated a prototype label swapper module by integrating an optically-clocked-transistor-array InP OEIC with CMOS. The prototype achieves fully-functional label swapping for 10-Gb/s, 16-bit asynchronous burst optical labels white minimizing size, power, and cost. (2 pages)
