Optimizing the Transportation Path with Random Fuzzy Loss

The problem of optimizing the transportation path with random fuzzy loss is studied. The model of searching the maximum flow is constructed by random fuzzy chance-constraint programming. The genetic algorithm based on simulation to gain fitness of chromosome is designed and also deal with the problem of necessity-node. Finally, some experiments are performed to show the effectiveness of the models and algorithms.
