Adaptive control of uncertain L system

Abstract Adaptive methods for the uncertain Lu system are discussed. With these methods, parameter identification and control can be achieved simultaneously with one or two controllers, which improves the work [Chaos, Solitons & Fractals 14 (2002) 643; 18 (2003) 721]. Furthermore, we extend the results [Chin. Phys. 11 (2002) 1249] and improve the reasoning [Int. J. Bifurc. Chaos 11 (2001) 1115]. Numerical simulations are provided to show the effectiveness and feasibility of these methods.
